Our firm, the foremost local real estate consultancy in Singapore, was first established in 1940 as Cheong Hock Chye & CO. Ltd.

Since 01/02/1983, it joined with the Knight Frank & Rutley Group (est.1896), which was recently described by the Herald Tribune as one of the 3 truely international real estate consultancies in the world; and the Baillieu Group (est.1839), which is one of the largest and oldest property consultancies in Australia. Togather, we formed Knight Frank Cheong Hock Chye & Baillieu (Property Consultants) Pte Ltd.

Currently Knight Frank is a worldwide, independent property consultancy network with 136 offices in 25 countries on 5 continents employing more than 2500 personnel. Thus we have the requisite breadth and diversity to meet all our clients' property needs.
